Pourquoi increment_item() plutôt que update_item()
Une approche naïve lecture-modification-écriture n’est pas sûre sous des requêtes concurrentes :

Deux requêtes simultanées peuvent lire la même valeur et toutes deux réécrire le même résultat incrémenté, en perdant un comptage. increment_item() délègue l’arithmétique au moteur de base de données avec une seule instruction UPDATE ... SET column = column + ?, ce qui rend l’opération intrinsèquement atomique.
