This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of Ultimate Multisite software and related services. By using Ultimate Multisite, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation may result in suspension or termination of access to our services and support.


1. Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not use Ultimate Multisite to host, distribute, or facilitate:

  • Illegal Activities: Content or services that violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Fraud & Deception: Phishing, scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive business practices
  • Harmful Content: Malware, viruses, or code designed to damage systems or harvest data
  • Intellectual Property Violations: Copyright infringement, trademark violations, or counterfeit goods
  • Regulated Industries Without Proper Licensing: Gambling, forex trading, cryptocurrency exchanges, pharmaceuticals, or financial services without appropriate licenses and compliance
  • Adult Content: Pornography or sexually explicit material (unless properly age-gated and legal in your jurisdiction)
  • Hate & Violence: Content promoting discrimination, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups
  • Spam: Unsolicited bulk communications or services that facilitate spam
  • Privacy Violations: Unauthorized collection or sale of personal data

2. Payment Processing Requirements

If you use Ultimate Multisite to process payments from your customers:

  • You must comply with all applicable payment card industry (PCI) standards
  • You must comply with the terms of service of your chosen payment gateway
  • You must provide clear refund and cancellation policies to your customers
  • You must not process payments for prohibited goods or services

3. Seller Responsibilities

Network operators using Ultimate Multisite to run WaaS platforms must:

  • Maintain accurate business information
  • Respond to customer inquiries within reasonable timeframes
  • Honor stated refund policies
  • Comply with applicable consumer protection laws
  • Monitor and moderate content created by their end users

4. Reporting Violations

  • Description of the violation
  • URL or evidence of the violation
  • Your contact information

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Investigate suspected violations
  • Remove or disable access to violating content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
